Choose a photo of yourself, family member or a friend that you like best. No group photo, only one person on the picture. The picture needs be a head to shoulders shot. Only one photo/submission is permitted. Keep in mind that people will be voting on your picture so submit your best shot!

Send me a clear and neat high resolution photo at nancy@nannerland.com that can be used for the painting. (DO NOT post your picture on my wall because it will NOT be considered as an entry for the contest.) Blurry or distant shots will not work. Keep in mind that I can only paint what I see so if you can’t see it, then I can’t either! I will upload your picture in a specific album on my Facebook fan page and then you can start asking your friends to vote.
PRIZE
What you get is an oil portrait of your submission painted on a canvas board.
In exchange for your free painting, you will have to:
-Sign a release form permitting me to use the painting for artistic purposes such as my portfolio, website etc…
Winner is determined by getting the highest number of “LIKES” on your picture.

Deadline to enter your picture is May 5th, 2011 so the earlier you submit your picture the more time you have to get votes.
Winner will be determined by the highest number of times a photo is “LIKED” by May 15th 2011 at midnight E.T
Copyright on the artwork remains my sole property, therefore any commercial use or reproduction of this painting , in any shape or form, is forbidden. I hold the rights to reproduce in any series that may be appropriate. In participating in this contest, you accept the rules of this contest.
